Our Menu

Our menu caters for breakfast, brunch and lunch - we also have a seasonal specials board and a wide selection of cabinet food available. We place emphasis on fresh produce from local suppliers including nearby Evansdale Cheese, Mopanui Honey, Harbour Fish and also Mean Greens. We have an extensive edible garden where we grow fresh herbs, microgreens and lots of vegetables to serve fresh daily.

We are serving locally roasted Grid Coffee, and our freshly baked slices, cakes and muffins. All of our food is baked and created onsite, including our preserves, relishes and jams (which are also available for purchase).

church venue blueskin

Need a venue?

We have recently restored St Brigid’s Church, located on the grounds of Blueskin Nurseries, which is available as a venue (max 45 seated people) for holding public workshops, gardening classes and events.

Built-in 1895, it was owned by a group of artists for a while and streams of sunlight dance through the stained glass windows. We have installed solar panels on the roof which generate 60-80 per cent of the power used by the Garden Centre and Cafe.
